When he finds out that his father Peter has been imprisoned by the authorities and he and his mother Hannah are labeled traitors, Djata vows he will not rest until he sees his father again.。一宗跨国要案难住香港警方，在一次高层秘密会议上，曹探长（曹德发 饰）接受下属建议，决定派非警方人员盗走日本黑帮犯罪分子的名贵钻石。他照例找到五福星老搭档，但最终只有鹧鸪菜（洪金宝 饰）同意接手。经过一番筛选，他们从警局内部又找到4个不着调的警员，分别是：狗王伦（谭咏麟 饰）、肥豹（郑则士 饰）、Rambo（刘德华 饰）、Band友（陈友 饰）和力保健（楼南光 饰）。这几个人的搞笑和脱线本领比起五福星来有强不差，闹出更多的笑话。为了在短期内将他们训练有素，曹探长还专门派出性感迷人且身怀绝技的女警察一品香担任教练，只是这群色迷迷、只想着占便宜的家伙最终能否成功完成任务呢？。
