宋仁宗年间，庐州有一聪明机智，却生就一副黑黝面容的青年，此人便是包拯，他屡破奇案，为人申冤，赢得众口称赞，包拯有一同窗同学，乃府尹之子公孙策，公孙策智慧过人，自视甚高，与包拯堪称一时瑜亮，然每次查案，皆败在包拯手下，令公孙策又妒又恨。包拯母亲沈氏，为一名大夫，开设了青天药庐，悬壶济世，闲时替官府做验尸工作，包拯的一切医理知识，皆沈氏传授，对日后的查案工作起了莫大帮助。全剧共由名扬天下、血祭坛、隐逸村之秘、殿前扬威、五鼠闹相国、魔法幻影、翻龙劫七个故事组成。。故事讲述一名为亡者家庭提供守灵服务的男子，某天晚上突然收到一个急件，联系人甚至偷偷透露没有人敢接下这个案子，他却不信邪的进入了这栋房子。。For Brian Jones, the Rolling Stones were meant to be a blues band, or at least R&B.
