This feature documentary intends to spread the word about Paleo (aka the Caveman diet) and raise public awareness about this healthy alternative to the Standard American/Western Diet (SAD). The film presents the basic tenets of the Paleo movement through the eyes of various characters who have adopted the lifestyle.。Following the murder of her family at the hands of her father in the wake of World War I, a young woman is sent to live in a convent. However, her demons follow and manifest themselves in ways which bring the nightmares of her past with her.。讲述出身草莽的童齐刚（王翌舟饰）和国军战士孙万全（吴旭东饰）原本因为个人恩怨而剑拔弩张，但抗日救亡、匹夫有责，面对侵略者的暴虐行径，互为仇敌的两人在八路军林城支队政委朱雁鸣（王新饰）及指导员李幕侠（阿丽亚饰）的感召、引领下，纷纷放下私怨，同仇敌忾，并且成为战友协力作战抵抗侵略者。期间，面对数次险境，他们舍生忘死、不顾自我牺牲，并且默契配合炸掉日寇隐蔽机场，摧毁了敌人的险恶阴谋。。
