OVA的故事紧接着TV第13话，也就是被定性为13.5话，夏娜和吉田同学总因为某些小事而吵吵闹闹，就在这样的吵架拌嘴中，两人还是和悠二一起去校外踏青，在围绕着争夺悠二的争吵中，他们之中会有新的恋情爆发吗？ 这部OVA只不过是剧场版上映前的一道杀必死小点心罢了，没有和红世之徒的激斗，也不会有人有生命危险，如果硬要扯上战斗的话，那么悠二同学如果不想受到任何一方责难的话，还是在巨乳和贫乳中好好做出选择吧，最可怕的还是女人的怨念啊！。A troupe of struggling stage actors is rehearsing for a small-town production of a play. Everything seems to be as it should until one of the cast members turns up dead. In a panic, the others try to get out, only to find they are now locked in the theater with the killer! Which one of them committed the murder, and who will get out alive?。
