The warmhearted story of Polish immigrant and mathematician Stan Ulam, who moved to the U.S. in the 1930s. Stan deals with the difficul t losses of family and friends all while helping to create the hydrogen bomb and the first computer. 波兰科学家乌兰姆于上世纪30年代移居到美国，他在帮助科研团队制作氢弹的过程中，他还要处理和面对一些个人得失。。林阳，一个身患绝症的父亲，二十余年默默为女儿林绮梦付出，助她成长为大明星。然而，成名后的林绮梦却选择断绝与父亲的关系。在颁奖晚会上，林绮梦试图用记忆提取技术羞辱她所认为的“人渣”父亲，却发现林阳为了她，与癌症抗争了二十余年，且不久人世……。
