该纪录剧集由《一级方程式：疾速争胜》幕后团队精心打造，追踪多名独当一面的网球员在球场内外的生活，看他们如何竭力在竞争激烈的大满贯决赛中称霸，更希望一天能达成成为世界第一的宏愿。制作团队投入整整一年时间，贴身追踪多位顶尖球员到世界各地争夺四项大满贯，以及在ATP男子巡回赛及WTA女子巡回赛争胜。。该节目为《强心脏》续作，将会搜集时下韩国关注的热门明星话题，或是人们好奇的话题，欲展现比《强心脏》更强势的故事，同样会让观众参与投票选择谁是当集「强心脏」。不同的是，《强心脏联盟》将会分成2队，各队挑战者们会透过「缩图」（预览图）说故事展开对决！。This is a story of a PVC awardee brave Indian soldier - Capt. Vikram Batra, who shot to fame and became a household name during the Kargil War in 1999.
