电影讲述从学校肄业的“我（林夕）”因为一次群架事件，和朋友“健叔”从上海逃到了一个城镇。健叔是高我一年级的同学，我们住在长江旅馆里，整日在这个城市里闲晃。后来我们认识了新朋友王超，从此，王超和他的桑塔纳就和我们混在了一起。故事将青年人的无奈、茫然、彷徨与尴尬表现的淋漓尽致，就好像一直在寻找着一条路，然而最后发现路就在脚下。。故事发生在近代列强侵略、社会变革动荡的大环境之下，商务印书馆在张元济先生主持下，发展成国内首屈一指的现代化印刷企业。 19世纪30年代，张元济高价争购八册古籍珍本，争购失败的日本文人中岛一郎，为报复投靠日本间谍机关，最终炸毁了商务馆。书馆虽然毁了，但中华文化不绝，中华民族精神永存。。A celebration of the natural wonder and power of nature in our backyard.
